Refund & Return Policy

At NexChek, we are committed to providing accurate and reliable background check services. We understand that our customers rely on our products to make informed decisions, and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below:

1. No Refunds for Completed Background Checks

Due to the nature of the service provided, we do not offer refunds once a background check has been completed. Once the report is generated and delivered, the service has been rendered in full, and no returns or refunds are applicable.

2. Errors or Inaccuracies in the Report

If there is a factual error or inaccuracy in the background check report, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your report. We will investigate the issue, and if an error is found, we will work to correct it or provide a corrected report at no additional charge. If you are unsatisfied with the accuracy of the background check, please reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations Before Completion: If you wish to cancel your order before the background check is completed, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us immediately, and we will process your cancellation if the report has not been initiated.

  • Cancellations After Completion: Once the background check has been processed and completed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

4. Subscription Services

If you are subscribed to a recurring background check service (e.g., monthly, quarterly), you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for past payments.

5. Refund Requests for Unfulfilled Orders

If we are unable to complete your background check due to technical issues or other factors on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. In such cases, our team will promptly notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds for eligible orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original method of payment, and you will receive a notification once the refund has been issued.
